Support Services
Dawn Page is our Support Services Coordinator. She is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, by appointment, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dawn acts as a facilitator for various State and Federal programs. Additionally, she provides a link to Eldercare Specialists, such as Attorneys, Home Health Care Providers, and direction to State Social Service Agents, as well as local resources. She assists clients in understanding and completing forms, and draws upon numerous resources in order to direct clients to the specialists they may require.
As a C.H.O.I.C.E.S Counselor, Dawn assists clients with Benefits, including Medicare questions, Part D Prescription Drug Coverage, ConnPACE and Medicare Savings Programs, as well as providing a current list of State Standardized Supplemental Plans.
In addition to these services, Dawn operates a Lending Closet. The Lending Closet is a successful, donation-based program supplying various forms of Durable Medical Equipment, such as rolling walkers, canes, wheelchairs, tub chairs and transfer chairs.
Items, in good condition, are accepted as donations.
Of all the services she provides, she is most proud of being a fierce Senior Advocate, and a welcoming ear to listen to any concerns a client may have.

Preventive Health and Benefits Counseling activities are supported by the Senior Resources Agency on Aging with Title III funds made available under the Older Americans Act.
