Support
A staff benefits counselor is available by appointment Monday through Friday, 9 am - Noon at the Senior Center. A home visit can also be arranged. The counselor is available to fill out applications for ConnPace or other programs. Information on Medicare, supplemental insurance, and federal and state programs, housing, assisted living, VNA services, living wills, and Power of Attorney is available. An attorney visits monthly for legal counseling. A notary public is on staff.
Support groups meet regularly for:
Alzheimer’s Caregivers, Better Breathers, Widow/Widower’s and Diabetes
Support groups are advertised in the Estuary newsletter. All are welcome to attend.
Educational programs are scheduled throughout the year.
