Blood Pressure:  Every Monday from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. and every Thursday from 12:00 pm-1:00 p.m.
Diabetes: 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:30–9:00 a.m. followed by Diabetic Support Group at 9:00 a.m.
Cholesterol: 3rd Thursday of each month, no fasting required. Appointment is required, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon. Call 860.388.1611, x202.
